Refund Policy

Because all Bajan Brooklynite products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at bajanbrooklynite2023@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at bajanbrooklynite2023@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.

Non-Returnable Items Custom, personalized, and limited edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at bajanbrooklynite2023@gmail.com.

European Union Customers If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Please contact us to initiate this process.
